Standard ground floor delivery is now £80 to most UK mainland addresses, excluding areas marked in grey, these areas are charged at £96. We deliver ourselves in our own vans with our employed drivers, that way we keep control and guarantee our delivery
Door samples are also FREE delivery.
DELIVERY AREA
All mainland UK addresses - excluding areas shown in grey where delivery can normally be arranged separately...
Please call us for information regarding any special delivery arrangements we may be able to make if your delivery address is within the grey areas, or the Isle of Wight, I.O.M. or Channel Islands.
For many of our customers in these areas we can deliver to a Freight Forwarders on your behalf.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Please call us on 01423 502040 to get a better idea of delivery timescale. We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Most areas of the country we can deliver in 3 - 4 weeks. Outlying areas within a maximum of 30 days.
We only use our own vehicles and drivers to deliver your order. This reduces the chance of damage in transit, and gives us full control from raw material to final delivery.
We will contact you to arrange delivery at least 5 days prior and the driver will always try to contact you an hour before he arrives on the day of delivery so you don't have to wait in all day.
ON DELIVERY
On receipt of your delivery our driver will wait until you check your goods thoroughly for any sign of damage. We are unable to accept claims for damaged or broken items at a later date. Please let us know within 24 hours if there are any other problems.
