Changes to your order

Please check carefully before placing an order as alterations are not usually possible, in a case where we are able to amend an order a MINIMUM CHARGE of £25.00 + vat will apply.


As all our items are made to measure especially for you and the order is entered into our production system as soon as we receive it we are unable to accept cancellations.


As all items are made to measure to your specification it is not possible to accept returns.

Any item found to be damaged on delivery will be replaced, no refunds available.


We guarantee your satisfaction. In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) you are allowed a reasonable amount of time to establish that the goods are in conformity with the contract. If the goods are rejected because they do not conform with the contract and we are unable to repair or replace the product you are entitled to a full refund.

After this period, up to 12 months from the purchase date, if any product is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects we will arrange repair or replacement of the faulty item at our discretion.

Shipping and handling

Delivery to mainland UK only

The following charges apply to all mainland UK addresses excluding north of Scotland.

Free delivery - samples

£ 41.50 + vat - all orders

Deliveries into outlying areas and areas in SILVER can be arranged on an individual order basis. We can also deliver to Freight Forwarders on your behalf.

On receipt of your delivery our driver will wait until you check your goods thoroughly for any sign of damage. We are unable to accept claims for damaged or broken items at a later date. Please let us know within 24 hours if there are any other problems.


You are more than welcome to collect, or arrange collection from our warehouse facility in Harrogate. Please ensure that your vehicle is suitable for the transportation of sliding doors and that you have sufficient packing and strapping to transport them safely.

Delivery schedule

We aim to deliver all orders within 30 days, but many are delivered much quicker. If we are unable to deliver within the specified time we will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Back orders

If your order cannot be delivered complete in the specified time, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Privacy Policy

The only information gathered about you is the details you give at the time of ordering, this information is collected through our ordering process. We will not pass the information you give us on to any third parties for direct marketing purposes.

We accept Visa credit, Visa delta, Mastercard credit, Mastercard debit, American Express, Maestro, Solo, Electron, Commercial cards, JCB. Payment is made in full at the time of ordering. Payment online with us is secure, however, if you do not wish to send your credit card details over the internet there is a facility at the checkout stage to place your order and then phone us with your card details.

Tax charges

20% VAT will be added to your final order value.

Credit card security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
