placing an order

All orders are processed online, using our secure online ordering facility. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in the shopping cart. Click checkout now when you have completed your shopping.

sliding doors

1. Click on "sliding doors" underneath the product menu on the top left of the home page.
2. Click on the design you wish to purchase
3. Click on the width range your width comes under (e.g. for a 4 door set 3000mm wide click on "4 door 3540")
4. Scroll down the page using the drop down menus to enter the panel colours, frame colour, height and width.
5. Click "add to shopping basket."
6. Check the details are correct and if you have more shopping to do click "confirm" and you will be taken back to the previous page to continue adding things to your order. Follow the above steps until your shopping is complete (If you make a mistake click "view basket" at the top of the page and you can edit your order or remove items). Once you have ordered all the items you require click "checkout now".
7. Check your order is correct and scroll down following the instructions on the page, click "next".
8. Fill in your invoice and delivery address. Click "next".
9. Fill in your credit card details and click next, or click credit card details sent separately on the drop down menu (If this option is chosen we will telephone you for your credit card details when we receive your order) Click "next" to send the order to us.
10. Check all the information is correct and print a copy for your records. Click "done" at the bottom of the page.

hinged doors

1.Click on "hinged doors" underneath the product menu on the top left of the home page.
2. Click on the style you wish to purchase
3. Click on the type of item you require e.g. deep drawer front, door, etc
4. Click on the size range your item fits into e.g. for a door 500mm high x 300 mm wide click on "door up to 570 high x 396 wide".
5. Scroll down the page using the drop down menus to enter colour, grain direction (if applicable), hinge hole drilling, height and width. Click "add to shopping basket".
6. Check the details are correct and if you have more shopping to do click "confirm" and you will be taken back to the previous page to continue adding things to your order. Follow the above steps until your shopping is complete (If you make a mistake click "view basket" at the top of the page and you can edit your order or remove items). payment

We accept Visa credit, Visa delta, Mastercard credit, Mastercard debit, Maestro, Solo, Electron, Commercial cards, JCB. Payment is made in full at the time of ordering. Payment online with us is secure, however, if you do not wish to send your credit card details over the internet there is a facility at the checkout stage to place your order and then phone us with your card details (credit card details sent separately).
