We aim to deliver all orders within 30 days, but many are delivered much quicker. If we are unable to deliver within the specified time we will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We deliver all orders with our own van, we will contact you to arrange delivery and it is possible for the driver to contact you an hour before he arrives so you don't have to wait in all day.

on delivery

On receipt of your delivery our driver will wait until you check your goods thoroughly for any sign of damage. We are unable to accept claims for broken glass or mirrors at a later date. Please let us know within 24 hours if there are any other problems.
